​Cleve lives in the lower part of Depauw, In. Cleve has a large loving family with a majority of them being involved with agriculture. His parents own a dairy farm and also have a beef cow/calf operation. Cleve has been a part of agriculture all of his life. Cleve currently works at Samtec, but still works on the farm in his free time. The passion for wildlife takes up a lot of his free time as well. Cleve hunts and has developed a strategic management plan for the family farm which has produced several bucks in the 160" range and Cleve's personal best scoring 172". Cleve's passion for wildlife and habitat management seems to grow more and more as he has started to help local friends out over the last couple years with food plots and specific management plans.​

​Matt resides in New Albany, Indiana. He also works for Samtec.
His passion for outdoors started when he was young in the outdoors of Southern and Central Maine tagging along hunting deep woods deer and bear

Being outdoors with his family experiencing God’s creations is his true calling. Whether chasing turkeys, deer or just hiking with my wife and our four children puts the world into perspective.
My passion for wildlife has been passed down to my youngest son Cohen, who has hunted  with me since the young age of five. We are never  too far from our archery equipment on any given day.
Learning to create huntable habitats for people has brought a new perspective on wildlife management for me. Seeing first hand the adverse effects a genuine plan can create for people is very satisfying. Not only the harvest but the health and stability that is produced with a sensible wildlife plan brings. 
Genesis Management will provide your property with year round food sources and bedding areas that will increase herd health, herd size and with selective hunting bigger deer and heavier turkeys. 

​Mike lives in Sellersburg, In. I am married and have 4 children. My philosophy in life is the same as my philosophy in business. Faith, Family, and Friends. I try to incorporate Christian values in everything I do. I am a very active and loves hunting, fishing, golf, and other sports. I earned a degree from the University of Louisville in Criminal Justice, but currently is the Service Coordinator for ProDental Inc. in Sothern Indiana.  When I an not working and planning dental offices, I am concentrating on how to share my passion for the outdoors, with those around me. I also trys to find a way to get out into the "Gods great outdoors" and pursue his love of hunting and fishing in Kentucky and Indiana mainly, but I have been fortunate enough to hunt in Montana, Colorado, Ohio, and Illinois. After hunting all public land for nearly 25 years my love for land management came several years back when I was able to acquire 300 acres in Southern Indiana to lease, along with a few neighboring farms that the land owners have been kind enough to give me access to hunt.  I have noticed that you can manage your deer heard and watch how deer react to different improvements like food plots, bedding areas, and security cover, our lease is still a work in progress, but the age structure they are hoping to achieve is beginning to come around.
